God’s Healing through Prayer

Holly texted me and told me that she had a cold in the afternoon before our bible study. I was reading a book called A Beginner’s Guide to Intercessory Prayer that week. I had been thinking about my relationship with God and the power of prayer a lot as I read. So when I saw the text, I decided to pray for her. As I prayed, I felt a strong connection with God, and I could sense the love of God flowing through my prayer. Later in the evening, when I saw her at our bible study, she told me that she was feeling sick all day at her desk, but while she was driving home, she started to feel much better. And that was exactly the time when I started praying for her.
